Dawn teaches with a focus on breath-led movement, body awareness, and inner connection. Her classes offer a space to slow down, feel rather than perform, and explore movement as a tool for grounding and healing.
With over 14 years of experience and a background in yoga therapy, Dawn gently guides students to move in a way that honors their own body, encouraging presence over perfection.
Each practice invites a deeper relationship with breath, body, and self-supporting not just physical wellbeing, but a return to inner calm and balance. Through this embodied approach, she invites students to expand into their fullest potential -gently, authentically, and at their own pace.
